We used this service for a number of years but it just ended badly today. One week ago they shut our company website down for spamming, WE DO NOT USE THEM AS OUR EMAIL PROVIDERS!!! We never did. I explained to them our MX records clearly pointed elsewhere and they renabled our website.
One week later they shut us down again, and canceled the account completely. For the same thing!
Even if you buy the priority support its a joke, when you call up you get a tech support guy in india with only the power to troubleshoot your technical issues. To talk to someone who has the power to get your website up and running you have to open a ticket and wait and wait for hours while your business loses its online reputability!
They shut our company site down at 3am with no warning at all, nice way to wake up huh!
Don't bother with these guys if your website is important to your business.

Very unhappy with Just Host.After switching from another hosting service
1.My spam went thru the roof on an email that I don't use, I only registered it with my web account.
2. My website is much lower in search engines even after a year
3. Less hits on my website
I email them asking why, with very direct questions,such as, did you sell my email address?, They respond,but they change the subject and do not answer my questions
I haven't had any other problems with them, but I will go back to my previous hosting service

I wish I had read some kind of review before choosing this service. I never would have chosen it! I started the service in 11/08 and had no problems. The service/domain auto renewed in 11/09 with no problems, but sometime in Feb or March my domain stopped working. After contacting support (which took forever!), they told me the domain needed to be renewed. I looked to renew the domain, when I saw the domain had been renewed and was active. I told Live Chat, which was a joke, he repeated the exact same information I told him, and told me to contact billing. I contacted billing and they told me there was nothing they could do so they forwarded my problem back to support. I am currently waiting to see what support has to say, meanwhile I am shopping around for other hosting services. This website is helpful for that.

I really dont understand how hard it is to update your website as it has through these people. I have a webpackage that when the url is programmed in to it etc it is easy for it to upoad even cange the whole outlook of it but using this as my host it is near on impossible to do so without calling them and then they do it not what I want plus I find my website alot slower too?????/

They service was more expensive than any other web hosting company I could find plus any updates to make your sight even functional cost more! No communication, every question asked took either days or hours to solve in a world of instant emailing.
You will spend all your time trying to get your sight going because of shoddy service...be warned.

They do not answer their support line. They switched me to glowtouch, which is an associated company that suppossedly does web design. The company is located in India with people who do not understand what they are doing. They try to get paid up front and then do not perform. Stay away from this company!

I have had websites on 1&1, Heritage Web solutions, Hostmonster etc.
Just Host is the worst experience I have ever had. There is absolutely no tech support. I have put up two sites since beginning with Just Host a few months ago.
My site is still not up. They are absolutely
pitiful.
