I have had websites on 1&1, Heritage Web solutions, Hostmonster etc.
Just Host is the worst experience I have ever had. There is absolutely no tech support. I have put up two sites since beginning with Just Host a few months ago.
My site is still not up. They are absolutely
pitiful.

I purchased 2 addon domains that I cannot use the customer serice is applling - no one can sort it out I am going to complain to consumer protection

I am typically the person who looks up a company with the BBB prior to signing up. With JustHost.com, I failed to do that and BOY AM I SORRY! When I accidentally registered the same domain twice, it allowed me to do that, and charged me twice for both the registration and the Domain Privacy. On my main domain, they charged me duplicate for DOmain Privacy AND Dedicated IP, which they say is non-refundable! Non-refundable? For their system mistake?!! WTF?!! So not only did I pay $97.00 for the Platinum upgrade, but I wound up getting charged 3 times for the same thing and they won't refund it. When I contacted billing, they said it was non-refundable and then I emailed them back saying very explicitly that i would continue to pursue this and file a complaint with the BBB and everyone else I could think of. I got NO ANSWER!
Not only that.....in the less than ONE WEEK of being with them, I have had 15 complaint tickets, with auto generated answers from most, and about 10 different conversations with the Live Chat people, most of whom are exceptionally rude and only refer you to the video tutorials, which are garbage. Their staff for the most part are rude, obnoxious, and if one more guy gives me attitude, I will fly down to their office myself in California!
I don't even know what to do now...I have to keep my domains....I have advertising printed and need at least two of my domains out of the three that I have. But I have heard that they don't allow you to keep your domains if you cancel the service. i ahve written to them offering to pay for the domains so I may keep them.....good luck with that!.

although the technical service i have received from them has been polite 70% of the time, it has been ineffective 90% of the time, and i have to repeat the whole issue every time with a new rep who doesn't read the ticket. and 30% rude punk answers are unacceptable. oh, and so is 24 hours of downtime w/o the ability to even login to cPanel. i was told 'the server will be back online within 20 hours'. are you f'ing kidding me? are you still taking my money? try this: hey i can't pay you this month... sorry!

They claim they are #1 but I've seen nothing but some of the worst practices in the field. charging for SSH nowadays is uncommon at best. Don't say its included in the plans! As far as tech support goes, the guy was rude as crap when I told him the service was horrible and was switching to Site5. All in all, go with a better host. (read reviews)

I have tried to cancel my service for over a year. They will not respond cancel email I send them. The tell me to go to cancel@justhost.com I go and go and the charge keeps coming out of my bank account.

I have had this service for about 4 month and it sux, lousy customer service, they say they will email back with a solution, they never do. Video Tutorial very hard to understand, incomplete. Knowledge base you try to look up a topic it gives an answer for everything except what you are looking for. I am a very unhappy customer and take my advice and look elsewhere, you will be glad you did.

I’ve very good experience with Just Host Web Hosting. They were less expensive than the locally recommended host and much more helpful when I called for further details. So far I have had seamless service; fast, simple, no-glitch, no-downtime. I am really happy with their service.

After a few months of so so uptime, Justhost really pissed us off by suspending our account without notice, allegedly because we over used cpu power. Quite a feat: our Joomla website only gets 2,5 hits per day on average according to Google Analytics...
Only reason I am still using them now is because they suspended access to everything, so I cannot even move my information away. I'll be gone as soon as I can get customer (dis)service to restore access to my account!
And then let's find out how good they are with their money back guarantee!

Billed fo service 4 days ago, but unable to get info to upload my website. Customer service is absolutely inadequate and unable to answer ANY questions. Cant explain why account is not on file, but was able to charge my credit card within 2 hours!
