I had jetnet for a while and hosted 2 of my websites. The staff there was amazing and always prompt and very friendly. On top of that I always had great quality servers and services to work with, with minimal if any down time. I recently switched to another company offering one of those "more webspace than you could ever use" promotions, but after not even 24 hours I've come back to jetnet. I really haven't seen a hosting company beat their service.
