going down hill

Never had big issues with this host. I am not on their system because they took me over as a reseller from a hosting that doesn't exist anymore. That gave me trouble with tickets but most of the times it was solved anyway. Of late they have more and more downtime of their servers and it looks like nobody realy cares anymore. No responses on anything. Last month it took 4 days. This month allready 3 days down. I tried their support mail but nothing...

This used to be a good ISP, but several months ago they stopped responding to trouble tickets. Tickets would go unanswered or mysteriously disappear. No phone number is given, and e-mails are ignored. This is unacceptable. As soon as I have some free time I'll move my sites elsewhere.

JetNet has locked out my domain name and refuses to commucate of transfer name to new host

I paid to renew my hosting program and the registration on my domain name. They accepted payment but terminated my hosting and did not renew the domain name.
I tried to transfer the domain name to another host, but JetNet refuses to forward me the authorization code. They refuse to communicate with me and delete my support tickets.
My website has been down for a week and I have lost significant business as a result.
I have had to ask the new registrar to open a formal complaint process to get control of my domain name. They are the Worst, AVOID at all costs!!

Thanks to Jetnethost, I have lost my site cause they did keep backup as they promised. For a lose that costed me 10.000$ they did not even reply to emails. Totally suck..

I signed on with JetNet because of ratings here. I have been very disappointed in the service. Would be surprised if uptime is truly 99.9% - have encountered numerous outages. Tech Support is not familiar enough with some products to configure them correctly (Mailman list manager). Skimpy documentation of products (MySQL). When contacted about multiple problems with Mailman, advised I'm the only one having problems but admitted to not knowing much about the software. Then the hacker attack... Apparently, Tech Support also not well schooled in security issues.

I have good service until this issue which has now made all my websites getting blacked listed as Malware.
I have been asking for help to prevent and delete the malware for 60 plus days.
I only get the run around from a tech named Zac. O.
and I am told to fix the problem myself.

I've searched and searched on webhostingtalk but nothing could satisfy my needs until i came upon jetnethost.com. Basically, 24/7 Customer Service, No Lag Hosting, Premium bandwidth, fast servers. Hmm What else? Latest Cpanel, an owner with a great sense of humor, and last but not least, servers that don't have lag bombs. You know how when you run game servers you end up having lag spikes on and off, fortunatly, jetnet offers lag spike resistance... i have never felt a lag spike on jetnethost ever!

I had jetnet for a while and hosted 2 of my websites. The staff there was amazing and always prompt and very friendly. On top of that I always had great quality servers and services to work with, with minimal if any down time. I recently switched to another company offering one of those "more webspace than you could ever use" promotions, but after not even 24 hours I've come back to jetnet. I really haven't seen a hosting company beat their service.
