I started with Aletia, there were some "growing pains" for a while around the changeover, that is long in the past.
Support is excellent - fast, very helpful and friendly, I haven't needed them to fix their mistakes, but they've sure helped me fix mine!
The only reason I didn't give a 10 all around is that there is some other well reputed companies that do offer more space for the money. I'm ok with mine, so feel no need to change, besides it just keeps getting better!

Feb 2004 Been at JaguarPC (was Aletia) two years. Nice people, Fast site, Great Features, Nice support ticket system. Our site is always up and always very fast! Our CGIemail script occasionally (and still a mystery why) quits working, and I have to get tech support to fix it. They won't tell me why. Things have improved a lot since a year ago when it was Aletia only. I'm not really compelled to wanna switch.
