Used the services of IX Web Hosting for: less than a month

IX Web Hosting Web hosting Plan used: Windows
Their price is the best.
However, the speed is the worsest.
Don't believe me, try go to my site http://www.3cpartner.com and test out the speed.
The site will only load a simple page with only 3-4 small pictures.
You can tell how slow will the page to get fully loaded.
Also, the hosting system is very slow too.
It will overload if you try to run a simple script.
