Long time and now former customer (as soon as I and my many friends find another hosting company **suggestions welcome**). Can't see how they can keep in business if they keep treating their clientele this way. Sad really...
History:
Interland (now web.com)cancelled my account without notification or reason. After account was restored, FTP client goes down 3 times in a week (locked account as far as I can tell). Phone support is scripted and the uncooperative tech refused to get a manager when asked.
