Incompetent Tech. Support; Fraudulent Billing

On the positive side this hosting company offers fairly good set of features for your money, at least for our situation where we had all the dynamic servers on our own network and only a the static store front on Inmotion Hosting servers.

The first time we�ve ran into problems with this company is when we requested to ensure that our access to their management console be secured with SSL. Shocking, they left access to their control panel open so that anyone can just come in and make changes to our account. It took their �support� 3.5 months to get a digital certificate installed.

Second time, we had issues with them was after 2 years with them, we decided to leave. As we�ve learned later, Inmotion Hosting has retained our credit card information from last year and without our knowledge or consent, charged us for another year of service. Thus far, our attempts to resolve it with Inmotion Hosting fell in depth ears, we had submitted complained to American Express and disputed their charge.

If you�re looking for a good solid company that would support your business and won�t attempt to fraudulently charge you, this is not the company you�d want.
