A few years back I wasn't so sure about the whole experience in buildng my own website and being able to maintain it for the future but in motion hosting has always been there to answer my simplest questions. Just recently I purchase a add on domain (for someone else that I refered to in motion hosting www.aitfmllc.com) and as usually everyone that I encounter was very calm and knowledgeable. I don't call that often but when something comes up and sometimes it turns out to be something simple, they have explain and re-explain. I love my services with them.

Its always a pleasure to have questions answered promptly and correctly. I've had other web hosting sites that would take days to get back to you and typically the answer was "we're not sure what's wrong, it may be on your side"
With inmotionhosting the reliability is outstanding and their technical staff superb. Whenever I have a problem or even a relatively simple question, the technical staff never fails to please. I've recommended inmotionhosting to friends and business associates and those that have switched have absolutely no regrets.

The only problem is that it takes longer for me to access my web site that I am used to. I ping inmotion and it gives me 180ms, I ping my other web site here in Brazil and it gives me 1.5ms...

I know several people who have hosting plans with other companies. Although their plans are ok, I found that inmotion provides cheerful support and excellent prices.
The learning curve for using the Inmotion features is not very steep so just about anyone can learn to use them very quickly.
I wouldn't think of going with someone else.

After a couple of bad experiences I got smart and did my homework. I researched reviews and ratings and then called InMotion. They gave me space and didn't give me a high pressure sale. I went with InMotion, then the good... got even better. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and by text excelled at their craft. They should bottle their customer service and have some other companies drink it. Sure, they must have a great training program but what I was really impressed with was their people... they have great people!. Nothing seemed rehearsed. They were just easy going and had a nice vibe about them. You people have it down... a great product with exceptional customer service!!! what a concept in today's business enviroment.

Every single experience with In Motion Hosting has been above and beyond what I expected. From the initial sales call to the have dozen or so calls I placed to tech support when I was in the middle of my migration. Other hosts (the most popular one that has the race car driver doing the endorsements) is exactly how a hosting company SHOULDN'T be run, In Motion Hosting is how a hosting company SHOULD be run. In Motion Hosting constantly emphasized what they could do and how they could help instead of constantly telling me what their limits were. The price is amazing for the level of service and the customer support staff is amazing! I'm so glad that I found this company. My business is ready for growth!
