I have hosted with another provider for years but recently switched to InMotion due to a week long outage at my other provider. I dreaded getting everything set up again: subdomains, SSL certificates, shopping carts, etc., but, the support staff at InMotion have been so quick to respond to my questions and right on every time that it has made my experience much easier than expected.

I would have to say that the quality of InMotion has far exceeded my expectations. I would defiantly recommend to anyone who wants to host a website, to use InMotion. I emailed a question and in less than an hour, I got a response and the issue was resolved. The problem I had was I created a website using another site and needed my a re-route on my domain. Most websites I looked at said this could take 72 hours to complete. That was not so with the support from InMotion. Very impressed.

I've contacted InMotion's technical support for WordPress related issues on a couple of occasions, including this past Thursday, and they are always courteous, knowledgeable, and super-helpful. They go out of their way to help me resolve any issues and never treat me like a Noob or an irritation. You just can't beat InMotion's Customer Service and Technical Support Team.

I have recently moved from Godaddy to Inmotion and I have to say that the difference in speed is incredible. Also, I had problems with my contact forms with Godaddy and they did not know how to solve them. No problems at all with Inmotion.

I have just finished building my web site. The support staff and the In Motion software that is available made loading my iWeb built so easy that I had to ask the support person twice to make sure that's all I had to do. He stayed on the phone and insured I had it right, then explained how to make additions or corrections. That is how support is supposed to work. Most important the support staff did not read from a script and lived in the USA so they understood the non-technical explanations. In this day of offshore support this was a refreshing and much needed change. The cost factor of loosing a customer is far greater than a cost savings in outsourcing offshore support. I have recommended InMotion to two of my clients who have their business and are looking to switch. Thank you InMotion....You get it!!!!!

Over the past few years we have tried out many hosting companies. Last year we decided to sign up with InMotion hosting, because we needed a new hosting account and wanted to try out something new. It was a good choice. We never had any problem with them, I have contacted the technical support only once with a minor issue. The price is higher comparing to other hosting that offers the same features, but I think it worth the extra money. Server speed is great, and the uptime is well. In these 8 months of hosting I never saw my sites down. Hope this will stay for long. :) I highly recommend using their service.
