Let me join the chorus of warnings to stay away from Infinology at all costs!
When I first selected this ISP over 3 years ago, they were clearly one of the best service values for the dollar. Good solid service for a very reasonable price.
About 2 years ago, things really started to decline. The servers started to go down unexpectedly for a day at a time. During outages, you were unable to contact any one. No notices were posted on their web sites.
I finally decided I'd had enough to go through the hassle of moving to a new ISP last November. I tried to contact someone to cancel my account, but, despite weeks of trying, no one answered me. Luckily, I was hosting my DNS separately, so was able to switch ISP's without IF's assistance.
Now, more than a month after cancelling with Infinology, they are billing my credit card for a closed account.
Needless to say, all attempts at contacting them about this have gone unanswered. Voice mailboxes are full, email goes unanswered, no one answers the phone. It's so bad it's laughable.
STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY IS CRASHING AND BURNING.
