Let me join the chorus of warnings to stay away from Infinology at all costs!

When I first selected this ISP over 3 years ago, they were clearly one of the best service values for the dollar. Good solid service for a very reasonable price.

About 2 years ago, things really started to decline. The servers started to go down unexpectedly for a day at a time. During outages, you were unable to contact any one. No notices were posted on their web sites.

I finally decided I'd had enough to go through the hassle of moving to a new ISP last November. I tried to contact someone to cancel my account, but, despite weeks of trying, no one answered me. Luckily, I was hosting my DNS separately, so was able to switch ISP's without IF's assistance.

Now, more than a month after cancelling with Infinology, they are billing my credit card for a closed account.

Needless to say, all attempts at contacting them about this have gone unanswered. Voice mailboxes are full, email goes unanswered, no one answers the phone. It's so bad it's laughable.

STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY IS CRASHING AND BURNING.

We used this service for one year about three years ago. Every year since they charge our AMex card on the anniversary of our service date even though we no longer have an account. Several phone calls and complaints through Amex correct the bill, but nothing seems to get these people to leave us alone.

Just wanted to add my voice the chorus of complaints about this rip-off venture. They will not answer your trouble tickets, they will not answer your support calls.

After a problem with billing, my account, which had been running with them for several years, was instantly suspended without any notification. My site simply stopped working and my e-mail dried up.

I went online, updated the credit card info and left phone messages and trouble tickets to find out what had happened. Nothing. Nada. I subsequently canceled the account but HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Since it is impossible to reach this horrible organization, I have taken up the matter with the credit card company.

My strong advice: AVOID INFINOLOGY LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT THEY ARE!!!

Horrible business - won't answer emails, voice mailboxes are full, when you do get a person on the phone you can barely understand what they're saying, they are rude and accuse you of lying when you tell them about emails that THEY have sent out.

Cannot say enough negative things about my experience with them.

It's one of those companies where everything is fine when it's all working, but when one thing goes wrong it snowballs into huge problems

I cancelled my service with Infinology on 1/5 an was billed for another year on 1/24. There is no one to contact there and may have to go with my credit card to fight the charge. Waiting on the response now from billing@infinology.net

They are the worst web host ever. Please do your research. I got burned out of my money. No support, site is always down and now most of my mail is being blocked. Do not waste your money.

Company doesn't return phone calls or e-mail. Mailboxes are full. I've threatened to report them to the BBB, etc. Nothing.

They NEVER answer the phone nor repeated emails. To get them to respond, I had to have my domain registrar contact them (they then responded promptly).

Frequent downtimes and many many emails have bounced back to my customers.

No emails are getting to me. No response from them. No responce via trouble tickets, phone messages, etc. I am furious!
