I'll keep it short. I was notified that my account was suspended "due to it being used for attacks on the server."
I immediately asked if I could get the latest back-ups of my sites while resolving the problem. No answer.
Six months later, numerous calls, e-mails, etc. No action.
I was stupid enough to sign up for two years, but smart enough to quickly change the credit card number I gave them.
How these $#ers stay in business is a mystery.
I changed to IXWebhosting and have had no problems. They seem to be the real deal.

infinology - It may look good at first but don't expect any technical support. Don't expect to get an answer to any e-mail you send and whatever you do don't give the a credit card. They will never stop billing you! It's been over a year since I cancelled my account and here they are trying to charge me AGAIN!!! Last year I was a few days late and never could get my money back. I've paid for a whole year of hosting I didn't use. I'm not doing it again!.

In all areas, Infinolgy stressed me out to no end. I originally used them for my hosting and domain name registration because of the one review I saw on a particular site that was rating the best hosting packagaes. Had I continued researching I would seen the other countless bad reviews Infinolgy has recieved. Each and every one of them detailed my experience with them to a tea. Awful customer service, phones never being answered, support tickets never being answered were all things I was familiar with. It was so bad that no matter what department I called I would get the same person who could barely speak English in this supposedly large corporation.
I would suggest anyone with Infinolgy or thinking of using them to seriously reconsider.

Their customer service is virtually doesn't exist. They don't reply on emails. If you have a problem it is up to you to figure what to do.
I couldn't even cancel the service - they didn't reply emails, but charged the CC as soon as I entered credit card info. Thanks to AMEX, I could get my money back.

As I am typing this, their Mysql database is down I used to run some blogs and CMS sites with them and have to find a new host as I can no longer put up with the downtime caused by frequent Mysql database failures, and dishonest behavior from these people.
They charged an account that I have cancelled long ago and refuse to refund when I complained, the argument they used is that I should consult the previous owners, (They claim that the company has new owners).
Can you imagine buying goods you thought were good from a store and later found these to be defective, when you attempt to return the goods you are told that the company is under new ownership and you must find the previous owners to get your refund or exchange? Is this not ridiculous?
The stupid Morons also deleted another account I had with them thinking it was the one I was complaining about, all the websites in this account along with their databases were destroyed.
They so far do not even have the courtesy to apologize for this and reactivate the account or refund me; this account had about six months left on it, now I am stuck with an account with them that I so far only use to leave warning messages about this terrible hosting company, if you plan to host anything that uses a database forget it, only simple sites will be anything near reliable, and for their discourteous and dishonest behavior you should avoid them at altogether. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED SO FAR!!

I am the tech coordinator for a school district. I started in the district in the summer of 2005. Every thing was fine until the fall 2006. There email service would stop for days. This cased a lot of problems with admin & teachers & parents communcating. I called dozen & dozen of times the lines are albuzy and the voice mail boxes are full. Ever since last fall I have NEVER talked to a human. I would not recomend them even to some one I don't like. There service forced me to switch to a new vendor.

Had problems all winter w/email, etc.
No support, they haven't opened tickets since november.
I transferred to lunarpages this week.

Trouble tickets are ignored, so are emails and phone messages.
Posts for help in their forums went ignored and now their forums have been down for weeks so you can't even try to contact anyone there.

When I started they were good not great but at least they responded.

This company is terrible!!!
They were good at one time but something has happened over the past year. They stopped responding to Trouble Tickets and when you called you never got anyone to answer the phone or their mailbox was full and you couldn't leave a message.
AVOID THIS RIPOFF COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
