Infinitie Networks Review

I have been hosted with Infinitie Networks for almost a year now. I started my business with a reseller hosting package from another provider and soon realized they fell far short of what I needed. After weeks of searching for a new hosting provider I came across Infinitie Networks. I opted to go for a VPS plan this time in hopes of better reliability.

I choose their Ãœber VDS Server 75 w/ FREE cPanel promotion they had running at the time. The setup was not instant but it was up and running within a few hours. While I had this server, I went through a huge learning curve that I had not expected. Infinities support staff was there to help guide me through each step. I did not experience any downtime while using this VPS. As my business grew I choose to upgrade the VPS, they provisioned the upgrades very quickly and everything was as described.

After being on the VPS for a few months my business had grown and I decided to upgrade to a dedicated server John gave me a call and walked me through the process step by step. I explained to John what I was doing with the server and the direction I was trying to take my company, he recommended a software and hardware configuration for the server to start with, after I agreed with it they sent my request off to their onsite staff to provision the dedicated server. After a few hours I received notification that my server was ready and they asked if I would like them to transfer everything over. I told them that would be great but I had a major concern for downtime, John assured me there would not be any downtime and they would even keep the VPS online and the Dedicated Server online mirroring one another until the DNS had fully propagated.

Since the initial dedicated server order, I have upgraded the server multiple times and even opted to take advantage of a black Friday deal they had running. By the time I had placed my order for the promotion that had most interested me they explained the server I wanted had already been sold out; they offered me a more powerful server at a much discounted rate to ensure I maintained being a happy customer. Now this was well over and beyond what I would have expected.
To date I have had three services with Infinitie Networks and still maintain two dedicated servers with them. I could not be any happier with their services.

I have summarized into three categories my above review.

Price
Their prices are reasonable for the different hosting packages they offer. Upgrades are reasonably priced and if you start using multiple services with them the prices tend to drop.

Uptime
In the time I have been hosted with Infinitie Networks I have very few issues with uptime. When I had a VPS it never once went offline. I recently had my server get DdoS’ed; they acted extremely fast to correct the issue and took other measures then null routing my servers IP.

Support
Ticket Support response times are usually less than 2 hours with resolution times dependent on the issue within another hour or two of the initial response.

I have yet to try their 800 number as I am not a fan of waiting on hold, but I can say if you request a call back you will certainly get one.

Pros
Reliable Network, fast response times, price, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Cons
Setup and UCE Blacklist fees.
