I've been hosting one of my sites for over a year at Imageleet. I was looking for cheap host that would allow legal adult sites. At first I was with some Romanian hosting company and had a very bad experience then I transferred my site to Imageleet and I have to say my experience with them was more than satisfying.

Since I own about 50 websites hosted all over here are some things I noticed about Imageleet that really made them different :
1. they have preinstalled flvtool, ffmpeg and mencoder - I didn't find those tools at other companies
2. They tolerated me being late with payments (monthly subscription $9.95 but paid manually)
3. Support answered my tickets in about 15 minutes. I submitted only 2 tickets in a year of hosting and one was to enable wildcard dns and second one was to transfer my old account.
In that year I had absolutely no noticable downtime (I didn't notice it) and no server issues.

Please understand that I'm not affiliated in any way with Imageleet nor I work there. I'm a freelance web developer and the reason for posting this review is because unlike many other experiences my experience with them was really great.

If you want budget host that will serve you well I would recommend them 100%.
