I switched my host from Cirtex to Imageleet a few months back. Cirtex support was slow, as was the hosting and response times. After reading a few reviews, I decided to go with Imageleet due to the price and ffmpegx support.
During my time at Cirtex, my website was hacked. Because of residual issues, it was hacked again while at Imageleet. I have to say that technical support has been phenomenal. The team at imageleet did the research and secured my scripts for me. They've also done troubleshooting, complete site transfers and even got my ffmpegx videos working through my scripts.
They are unbelievable! The tech team has done more to help me than my own programmers. They didn't have to, but provided service beyond the sale. I can't say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed!

I can't praise them enough...a truely great service by very considerate, knowledgeable
and friendly staff.
Nothing seems to much trouble for them and they must have patience to deal with me!!
I would not think twice about recomending them to anyone wishing to start or host a website.

ImageLeet have been an excellent hosting provider for me. They have without doubt the best customer service of any host I have been with and possibly any company I have dealt with . For example today I submitted a ticket and got a reply in 16mins which answered my question.
I can't recall the service every being down and got great value for money.

I friend told me about this hosting and I just love their service and reasonable price so far.
I have 2 sites hosed on here and have found no problems yet.
I needed help with many things in the past that I did not know how to do myself like install a script, move files, and even had mistakes fixed that I caused.
The staff are very nice and fast in their response and answer any questions I may had.
I hope this hosting company will be around for a long time. I plan to use them for other sites I may have in the future..

I have been with imageleet just over a year now. I have had no downtime at all.
I recently had my whole site hacked, and within 2 hrs of asking for help, support got my site back to normal like nothing had happened.
The host is fast, support is fast, they really are 'leet' and above any other hosting ive tried.

I have been with imageleet for over a year now and have to say that they offer a level of service that is hard to find and lacking in many companies out there. The guys at imageleet are always quick to reply to any question or troubleshooting and have on many occasions gone above and beyond a normal expected hosting service to make my life easier and my websites/my clients websites run smoothly. Why do I call Imageleet as simply the best, because -
1. Customer Support -
The people who form this organization are simply amazing. I am not very technically sound with website design and hosting, but with these guys around I have never had any concern.
Be it any issue they respond with the solution in minutes, at times investigating issues which I may say is not their duty to solve. But they simply like to help.
I remember my first installation of Drupal, where they actually helped me setup everything, from cron to ffmpeg and a lot more. They even knew about my drupal installation and the modules I used, and what kind of issues that could crop in.
2. No Downtime-
I have not NOTICED any downtime with my website.
3. FFmpeg & video hosting:
Well at such cheap prices I get to host a video site through there pre-installed tools like ffmpeg and mencoder. (also they have all the technical expertize required to solve any issues concerning them)
4. Great plans-
I am using there advanced plan, and its true value for money as it allows mutliple sites so that I can use the allocated space and bandwidth.
5.Others-
Excellent Cpanel and related videos that help in setting up the database, adding domains etc.
Database and website files on the same server..etc
Well that is what I remember now. From my side it is truly recommended.

I am amased of imageleet's service quality and customer services. I had been using imageleet about over a year and i haven't had a problem that causes loss of uptime. If i wouldn't decide to move my websites to my local server i would definitely continue workin' with them. I recommend everyone to work with ImageLeet.

I picked this site because someone else recommended them from another forum.
They have incredibly low prices and give an excellent amount of memory and bandwidth for only $5.95/mnth - the starting rate.
They loaded a tube type script for me at no cost and provided instructions on what to do next. In addition, when I changed to another script, they promptly loaded that for me too!!
In fact, my experience with them is that they've gone beyond the call of duty each time I've contacted them. Providing more support and more information than I expect.
It actually seems like they care which is not easy to find in the business world nowadays.
They're great!! I highly recommend them.
