Highs:
-Cheap price
-$5 domain
-Amazing support
Lows:
-Minimalist programs
-Poor CPanel

Bottom Line:
In my opinion a great host anyone just starting out, but if you are looking for something a little higher end you may want to look elsewhere. Also ICD had FANTASTIC support.
