These guys are incredible. They've responded to every support request within minutes. Every single time I've contacted them (for my stupid problems, not their's) they've responded immediately. The one time they were slow, it took them an outrageous 6 minutes to get back to me. SIX MINUTES!!! When I initially signed up, I had some problems getting my DNS changed (Network Solutions problem) and they credited me an additional 6 weeks of hosting time because I wasn't actually using their service. I signed up, I paid but couldn't change my DNS. They gave me the 6 weeks free because of my error. These guys are AWESOME!!! I can't recommend them enough.
