I was hosted with ICDsoft for a while about a year or so ago. I joined because I had read good reports on their support response times and I have to say they were right. Most of my tickets ware answered within minutes and issues resolved quickly and with no fuss. I fully recommend them.

In my opinion a great host anyone just starting out, but if you are looking for something a little higher end you may want to look elsewhere. Also ICD had FANTASTIC support.

Until now I have 33 hosting accounts with them! I'm very much impressed. Everything is made "on the double" to your satisfaction. You won't need any other hosting provider once you give those good guys a try.

I have been with this company for 4 years now and I have nothing but praise for the support and also their uptime and speeds.
In the time I have been with them I have only had one outage which lasted about 45 Minutes, but was notified they were doing a hardware upgrade.
This company get top marks from me and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone at all.

I have used this service for a few years now, and I LOVE them. You can never knock them for their service and reliability. Check it out yourself, you will find that just about everyone feels like a valuable customer, and can't believe you get so much power for so little money.

I've been very happy with them hosting my amateur photo/journal web site for the last two years.
Service response time is outstanding, and almost all their features are as good or better than what what you'll find anywhere else.
The one thing they seem to be lacking is virus-protection for incoming emails.
As a host owner I'm unable to protect my users from myDoom-type infected emails. Currently I receive about 100 of these a day. There is not even a way to block suspicious attachments. This seems to be a large gap in service as other hosts provide this and it is one of the biggest problems that host owners are currently having to deal with.

Absolutely awesome hosting, trouble free service, great support (3 minute responce time), uptime is always 99.9%, the member control panel is the best thing I have seen from a web hosting provider. Theres just no other host which compares!

These guys are incredible. They've responded to every support request within minutes. Every single time I've contacted them (for my stupid problems, not their's) they've responded immediately. The one time they were slow, it took them an outrageous 6 minutes to get back to me. SIX MINUTES!!! When I initially signed up, I had some problems getting my DNS changed (Network Solutions problem) and they credited me an additional 6 weeks of hosting time because I wasn't actually using their service. I signed up, I paid but couldn't change my DNS. They gave me the 6 weeks free because of my error. These guys are AWESOME!!! I can't recommend them enough.
