I just kind of happened across icdsoft about 5 years ago. I've been with them ever since. I've been tempted by Godaddy.com spouting about the 5 gigs or 10 gigs of space but I always come back to ICDSoft.

First off its only like 4-5 bucks a month. I was kind of annoyed with the 1 free database but now that its gone to 2(and i'm sure will expand in the future) I'm happier. Every few months they up the storage limit. Its 750mb now which is plenty for what I use.

Secondly uptime is basically not a question. Its up all the time. Enough said.

Lastly is the customer service. I enter a support ticket(which is very infrequently) and I get an answer back in basically less than 10 minutes. In less than an hour I can basically go back and forth about 6-7 times with tech support to get my problem resolved. They have resolved EVERY single problem I've had since I started. Even helped me get my domain moved to them a few years back as well as helped me move my information from the Hong Kong servers of theirs to USA servers to improve connect times.

All in all i'm happy. Theres probably cheaper. Theres probably more features. But I'm just not willing to sacrifice basically 100% uptime and the best customer service I've ever encountered(bar-none) to save a few cents or to get a bunch of storage space I dont need.

I've been working for British Telecommunications companies in Spain for the last 6 years and I know what this business is all about pretty well. In fact, I used to design hosting services for my companies and I can assure that ICDSoft package is very well designed even as the control panel maybe can be a little improved.
I recommended ICDSoft to my friends because price quality ratio is very high. Most of all, https webmail is the leading service all of my friends demand from me (in this turbulent times of Proxies everywhere).
I'm planning to stay the next 10 years.
I can not comment on technical support because I had no problems till now.

After making a mistake with another hosting company, I have used icdsoft for several domains.

I'm so happy with this company. It's inexpensive, and the reliability has been excellent - just one short outage in years of hosting. But it's the service that really distinguishes icdsoft.

I've had my share of questions for Support over the years, and they were all handled quickly and professionally. Usually, my requests were answered within minutes. And I never had to wait more than about an hour to get a response to my requests. This is positively amazing, considering the cost, and considering how disappointing the service is from other companies that charge higher rates.

I had a recent security-related issue, and the suresupport guys went well out of their way to get me what I needed to solve the problems I encountered.

Needless to say, I'll be recommending icdsoft to anyone who wants to set up hosting.

I have three accounts with them. Best customer service bar none! All my service requests have been answered under 5 minutes including the one time I called on New Year's eve.

Great features & prices but not the cheapest. However when bundled with their customer support, they are unbeatable.

I have over 20 clients that are being hosted by ICDsoft and I can't recall any complaints from anyone.
I am very happy with their prompt replies to any of my requests/questions and their control panel interface makes for easy maintainance.
The entry level personal plan is perfect for small sites at a very affordable price.

I have over 6 websites on this host. THE best. In the 3 years I have been with them, there has been only 1 outage. Only issue with them is that they do not offer Windows hosting - of course, they do not advertise....How I wish they also offered windows hosting...I would recommend enthusiastically...

I just wanted to say how pleased I have been with the service offered by ICDSoft. Not once has it ever taken more than an hour to get a response, and usually its within 5 minutes. The price, combined with the service I get is an outstanding value. Keep it up!

ICDSoft has the best customer service anywhere.

When I was consulting for Arthur Andersen, I even tried to see if ICDSoft would outsource their customer service to our clients.

At first, one may think that their customer is indirect and slow. Just because, one has to fill out an online form for each question asked. They do not offer any sort of 24 hours telephone support or toll free telephone contact.

This is not true at all. I had sent ICDSoft support questions at various time of day (local time) and every day of the week. Sometimes even during global public holidays.

Consistantly, their Customer Support representatives would answer my questions within 10 - 15 minutes from the point of submitting my question.

Sometimes I did not realize that I had gone outside the bounds of their responsibility, but their CS representatives would still go out of their way to refer me to the exact solution and references, to my question.

I've been with ICDSoft for several months and I am impressed by their services.

Support is always fast and accurate. I had no problems with my site so far.
