I just switched from a dirt-cheap host with dirt-poor service to ICDsoft less than a week ago, and I already feel cleaner. I accidentally signed up for the $10/mo plan when all I needed was the $6/mo plan. I asked for a credit and they immediately refunded me the difference ($48 for the year). $6/mo is more than my old host, but the way I look at is I'll skip my large Starbucks Cappuccino just once a month and there's the difference - sooo worth it (my doctor tells me I need to cut back on the caffeine anyway)!!!

We have been with ICDSoft for approximately 18 months. In our business the Technical Support and network reliability is more important than subtle pricing differences.

Without any hesitation - The technical support is exceptional. These guys will not let you down. And the network uptime is exceptional as well.

Any improvements that I would like to see ?

I hope that ICDSoft decide sometime in the near future to host Microsoft platform as well.

I have been hosting with powweb and free host before signup with ICDSoft. Powweb give you big space and bandwidth with cheap pricing but the service & support is not good enough. I experiece slow n downtime almost every month with powweb. But im not going to talk about powweb here.

If you looking for really good service & support, signup with ICDSoft. They didnt give large space and bandwidth BUT THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT IS FANTASTICS! But you can upgrade later..
Within an hour after signup i can login my control panel(CP). Thats fast coz when i signup with powweb it took me a day. Goto CP is easy, bcoz using ur own domain like this: www.yourdomain.com/cp/
I like the CP, coz it really nice and helpful. On the left navigation menu, there is LIVE stats/information about your space, bandwidth, ftp account, etc.

If you using mysql4, they recommended to chg to mysql5. Not forcing but as early notice as they might be chg to mysql5 completely soon. Been with ICDSoft for 3 month, yet they havent tell us anything about moving to mysql5. Wht i mean here is, they let you know early and let you prepare for it first. more nice about them is, they provide a tools to convert your database from mysql4 to mysql5. At first i was thought it going to take long time to convert as my database size is 300mb++. But it only took less then 1 minute. Some other hosting only give you tutorial you to do it.

They provide you free statistics(Webalizer) and you can set the password. Accessing the stats also using ur domain. I send them 1 ticket, they then respond me back less then hour. They keep their promise :)

I moved to ICDSoft from a horrible hosting service and have been completely impressed with their service.

Uptime was a particular concern for me, and I am happy to report that in the 10 months I have been hosted with ICDsoft my website has been offline once, for less than 30 minutes.

Tech support tickets I submitted when first moving my site over were answered quickly, and answered by a human (not a generic form letter response).

I am entirely satisfied with ICD's service, and will definately be keeping my site with them.

One month after signing up for their basic service, they upped all customers' memory and bandwidth usage 33% each. Can't complain about that. Haven't had any noticeable downtime, and load times have been quick for everyone I speak to about my site nationwide. Take a look at their business model as well... no debt? these guys are on their game.

I moved from another hosting provider to ICDSoft about 18 months ago. I started with one site I was developing for an employer, then two other sites for various groups with which I'm working.

The bottom line seems to be: if you want to do something, and it works within the UNIX framework, well, go ahead. They are very comfortable with content management systems, and provide ample support for PHP/MySQL as well as other systems. They are very clear about maintaining up-to-date distributions of these utilities while recognizing such niceties as needing to provide support for both PHP 4.x and 5.x. Their framework makes it easy to work with subdomains, multiple FTP accounts, and unlimited POP accounts.

But, what I really find amazing is that your first site (which is already a relative bargain at $6/month and an extra $5 for them to register a new domain for you) is the one that will cost you the most. After that, ICD makes it very easy to resell accounts--including to yourself--at stepped discounts. Yes, there are less expensive alternatives, but for the level of customer service, the fast bandwidth, and the possibilities to make good money, I've got nothing but good things to say about this ISP.

I have been using ICDSoft for almost one year now and so far I am increasingly pleased with their excellent services.

This company really takes the web-related problems of your company as their own and often helps you to resolve them even if your request is clearly out of their scope of direct responsibility.

Furthermore, ICD always kept their promises and never left me uninformed about new updates and even problems. I have recommended them to all my clients and acquiantances and will continue to do so.

I'm using ICDSoft service for some years. during these years I've added more than one account to ICDSoft. I'm extremely happy with the up-time, service and technical up-to-date approach.
I have experience with other Hosting companies due to the nature of my job, as long as its up to me. i always choose ICDSoft.

I've read most of the reviews and am not sure what I could add. Their technical support just defies explanation for a web host company. I almost feel guilty for the $6/mo I pay, considering what I get. I recommend these folks 100%.

After 2 years with a real dog (aaa-webhost) I came to ICDsoft after researching options on the web. I did not seen a single negative review of them, which is pretty good for a host their size.

They are *outstanding*, in every sense. Transfer time is fast, uptime is great (I measure it with easymonitor.com, and it has been 99.97% for 2 years), support is unbelieveable - every ticket I have submitted has been addressed within 10 minutes, and every one has been brought to resolution. suresupport.com is knowledgeable and respectful. If I could rate them higher than 10 on this form I would.

They offer good functionality, and continue to upgrade their software and their packages. Even the price is really low. In the almost 3 years I have hosted with them there has not been the slightest hiccup in their service that made me think any other host could possibly be better. And the price has actually gone *down* and the resources *up* since I started!

There cannot be a better host, and I would be hard pressed to imagine another one as good.
