Have already removed 3 domains off their server and moved to another company. Will be removing the remainder when the contract expires. Their customer service is really, really poor and their tech support is almost as bad. I've had to contact both my credit card company and the BBB regarding this company. Their hosting features are outdated versions (i.e. PHP) and their e-mail server goes down constantly. This is unacceptable if you are trying to run an online business and rely on emails for order notification and your own customer support. To get any online support from HostSave you have to register and then fill out a form and wait for a response. Very bad business experience with this company. I have been quite happy so far with IPowerWeb

I created a site for a client that wanted to use Hostsave. I have the site monitored every 15 minutes. I receive about 15 emails a day telling me that the monitoring service can't call up the site, constant errors. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I have several domains registered with this company and I will be moving them all. They are terrible as far as I'm concerned. Many emails just simply don't get through and they have no explaination for it. Servers are constantly down. This a really an example of cheap not always being the best way to go. As a business person who depends on the web for success, I have certainly made a bad decision going with them. And to make it worse, they have the worst, most uninformed customer service reps I have ever dealt with.

I haven't even uploaded a web-page yet, but the on-line e-mail service is terribly unreliable. I do appreciate the fact that you can actually find a tech-number to call quite quickly, and I have had pleasent correspondence. Nonetheless, when all my friends, family, and clients aren't getting my e-mails, "it's a drag" is a bit of an understatement.
