Used the services of HostMySite.com for: 3 months - 1 year

HostMySite.com Web hosting Plan used: dedicated
It takes days, sometimes weeks (sometimes never), to get a response from their customer support, and I am paying almost $500 per month for a dedicated server from them.

They screwed up my DNS zone and then tried to blame it on me, even though I had nothing to do with their setting up the DNS zone and did not make any changes to it.

I am looking for a replacement hosting company.
