I've been very pleased with this company -- my third web host. My technical skills are moderate, so Tech Support is of greatest importance to me. Their tech support is highly responsive - either by chat or email, they quickly answer questions and solve problems. They always send out advance e-mail notification of server maintenance and keep a maintenance calendar posted on their web site at all times. Their up time is outstanding.

Great customer service. Always a live person available 24-7. Very reliable.

As a web development company, we have made recommendations to numerous client to have their site hosted by HostMySite. Our experience and customers feedback indicate reliable service and prompt accurate technical support.

It takes days, sometimes weeks (sometimes never), to get a response from their customer support, and I am paying almost $500 per month for a dedicated server from them.

They screwed up my DNS zone and then tried to blame it on me, even though I had nothing to do with their setting up the DNS zone and did not make any changes to it.

I am looking for a replacement hosting company.

I have been a customer of this company for half a year now and I have
only seen a similar service in my IT department at NYU. These guys are
absolutely the BEST!!! I want to give them high five and recommend it
to everybody who are looking to get great value and the absolutely best
customer support and treatment in the world.

I am not exaggerating. Here is why.

I have signed up with them to get hosting. My hosting is a shared
hosting and I was able to get it at a very good rate=$3 per month.
Then, I have decided to add an e-store and have decided to use
osCommerce which is a free software if you know how to install it and
integrated it. The support people at HostMySite were absolutely
amazing. While they do not officially support the product (they have
their own MivaMerchant product) they never turned me down! They have
helped me set it up, run it and even change the code so that it works
and looks its best. They offer an awesome SSL certificate from X-Ramp
for a very good price of $80 per year. But they were willing to
actually extend the same X-Ramp certification to the site for free by
integrating osCommerse with their system which already is protected by
the SSL. And any time I have a question they are there. Always
patient, courteous and just plain wonderful.

I have called many companies as I was researching, and even GoDaddy
can't compare. When I asked them if they would be willing to work with
me on osCommerse they bluntly told me they do not sell it and hence do
not support it. So much for the good customer support.

HostMySite is the best thing that has ever happened to hosting. They have great support 24/7 with less than 2 ring holding time! They are very knowledgeable and it's a great value. They actually provide the GB and Bandwith they promised. VPS plans are a bargain.

Since switching from another webhost, the difference was noticable the first day. Not only did customer support answer within two rings, but even sales knew more han top level support at many other companies even though it isn't their responsibility to know about an Enterprise Archive File and how to configure it. Plenty of diskspace. Great dedicated price as well as VPS. Absolutely reccomend.
