I would like to say that the few times that I have had issues, Hostgo has consistantly and professionally addressed my issues and applied a solution (if possible) in a timely and effective manner.

I am VERY happy with the service, and the support in particular that I
receive from Hostgo and have not and will not hesitate to recommend Hostgo to anyone seeking a web hosting solution.

i have gone to hostgo with the best words from friends net and etc.
its is a dissasetr can do anything (safe mode turned off)
everything i install having to do with sql is broken.
contact support with 50!!!!! emails saying me all the time the same things.
i wont stay more than a month if they continue this way.

Great host, I used others and I moved my other sites to these guys. This is the best one I have used.

I have 5 Websites with them, and am very happy.

If I ever need any technical assistance they are very fast with customer service and follow ups.

I have been pretty happy with Hostgo. They have very few outages (my site is on the moniter list for besthostratings.com).

I would love to find a host that gives advance notice of maint. and switching things around on the servers, etc. But that probably isn't realistic. The few times I've noticed down-time myself, it has only been a short time.

The servers seem a little slow sometimes, but for this price I can't really complain about that either!

I've had no reason to need their customer service, so I can't rate that (that fact is probably rating enough).

I would have no problem recommending Hostgo to friends.
