I have been using Hostgo for probably 8 years or so. I've hosted almost all of my sites with them and constantly refer friends and clients to them as well. I've never had any major issues and my sites are almost always up (few hick-ups here and there but those things happen). I will occasionally research hosting company's to see if I can get a better deal and always find I can do no better. They have a good back-end (cPanel) for managing all of your services. One thing is no phone support, but I've never found this to be an issue. They always respond quickly to emails and resolve my issues quickly. I've worked with many different hosting company's for clients and still find Hostgo to more than meet all my needs, at usually almost half the cost!

I would like to say that the few times that I have had issues, Hostgo has consistantly and professionally addressed my issues and applied a solution (if possible) in a timely and effective manner.
I am VERY happy with the service, and the support in particular that I
receive from Hostgo and have not and will not hesitate to recommend Hostgo to anyone seeking a web hosting solution.

i have gone to hostgo with the best words from friends net and etc.
its is a dissasetr can do anything (safe mode turned off)
everything i install having to do with sql is broken.
contact support with 50!!!!! emails saying me all the time the same things.
i wont stay more than a month if they continue this way.

We've never enabled safe_mode in our PHP installations, due to the fact that it breaks many popular PHP scripts.

I have 5 Websites with them, and am very happy.
If I ever need any technical assistance they are very fast with customer service and follow ups.

I have been pretty happy with Hostgo. They have very few outages (my site is on the moniter list for besthostratings.com).
I would love to find a host that gives advance notice of maint. and switching things around on the servers, etc. But that probably isn't realistic. The few times I've noticed down-time myself, it has only been a short time.
The servers seem a little slow sometimes, but for this price I can't really complain about that either!
I've had no reason to need their customer service, so I can't rate that (that fact is probably rating enough).
I would have no problem recommending Hostgo to friends.
