We used hostgadget for reseller hosting, until around a week ago when more than half of our clients websites vanished from the web, we've been finding it very difficult to get hold of anyone, their support ticket system only seems to get answered if they can be bothered.
We've now lost clients and reputation and are in the process of moving over to another provider. We can't even get access to the old data so logs, guestbooks and a weeks worth of several clients has disappeared into hosgadgets black hole.
