Their web service has been reliable, as far as I know. I've been having sporadic e-mail issues with them for years, now. I thought they were finally taken care of, but it's happening again this week. Several people have told me that e-mail to me has been rejected. Tech support sent me an e-mail and it worked, so everything is okay in their book. I need reliable e-mail, and shame on me for waiting so long to find something better.

I have been with these guys since they *were* web2010.com*. They are now called HostCentric. I've been with them since our site went online about 4+ years ago and while I have very few complaints regarding uptime etc....when there HAS been a problem with our site being down, their customer service is PATHETIC. Today we have been down for 3 hours. Losing money like .... through a goose and no sympathy from them. Seriously considering changing hosts.
