Host Assured being blocked world-wide

We understand Host Assured's email servers were hacked last summer (June?). Since then we (across all 3 hosted sites) have had increasing problems both sending emails and even accessing our own sites.
A specific example, today, 9th January 2012 my colleague cannot access our sites or send email from TeliaSoneria AB (in Sweden) ... 2 weeks ago we experienced the same in Poland. The (smtp) message is always "Server reports it is not ready, reply: "Cannot connect to smtp server 174.37.55.0 (174.37.55.0:587), connect error 10060"
This is now getting to the stage where we will move to another host unless this problem can be permanently resolved
