I baught a domain name from Gaurav Arora (Grab Web). But he dont send me cpale for my domain and whenever I mail to that person, he did not response. I feel sad when I think that I caught in this bad site to purchase a domain. Every website gave cpanel with domain. But that person said me to buy a database to put my domain, I dont know what to do, But itz very bad experience with this web.

Dear Mr Manu,
I did provide you with the "Domain Control Panel" details. As I already told you that we do not provide DNS management with the domain control panel and nor we have advertised anywhere about the same. Hence it was your pure assumption that by default you get cpanel with every domain you book, which is not the case at all.
However if you wish we can provide you with the domain control panel details again. If you wish to transfer the domain out, you can do so, by just sending us an email requesting the same.
There is nothing hidden, and nothing which we committed and did not deliver. If I can be of any help to you, please let us know at the numbers mentioned on our website.

dear all,
please do not use grabweb.net at all. bad and slow respond. I think they just this business by 1 person only.
They do this business for scam. They just rob your money. After we host sites with them, they just suddenly disable my plans and then said they I run spam programs. The fact is I do not have any access to the root, they do not give it to me. They just said that they have logs and logs.
I loose money because of their attitude

Well, no company in the world will like to lose its customers. Why will anyone block your account without any reason ?.
The simple answer is when you do not follow the Terms of Service, you have abused our servers and had sent out 100,000 SPAM emails. Which made our server got blacklisted. You were warned and you still continued doing so..
Even if we assume someone used your mailbox and it was not you, why you did not change the password after our repeated warnings ?
Last but not the least, yes we do still have all the logs with us which confirm that you have had spammed our servers.
We have all the letters you sent us on your letterhead that you will not further abuse our servers and shall follow the terms of service.
We have never ever charged you more than your monthly fee, after you spammed we cancelled your account and we gave you time to move your account.
We have been in the business from last many years and we have clients still with us who started with us on the day one.
If your needs is unsolicited mail, than obviously we are not the host to host with.

Kept having problems with them. Slow access on panel, lost emails, no live support most of the time. Kept getting the run-around "we fixed it this time", "it was something else this time". Enough!!! Make it work of give me my money back.
