Sorry, but I don't have a lot of good to say about this company. The servers are very slow, as if bogged down by lots of users, not sure how they have configured things... I'm a Web Developer and have several clients websites hosted there under separate accounts (which is changing now), so I see the problems are consistent with all of the websites I have hosted there. The tech support is awful, the online chat system is a waste of time (I think they are servicing several people at once). Usually they just end up creating a ticket. The escalated tech support is even worse... you may be corresponding with 3 or 4 different people on one ticket and all of them are at different stages of the ticket (not in any particular order either - they are all over the map), you'll be explaining your situation to each of them and by the time it's all done, you will be more confused than any of them. This isn't just a one time situation, it occurs every single time a ticket is created.

The email servers are often screwed up, sometimes for days... it's a mess.

The value isn't great either, it doesn't matter that the price is low... if you pay anything at all, it's not really going to be worth the frustration.
