I am better off than other users I did not lose my domain name because I hosted DNS where I had control they did not. SO I moved my site with their help. 26 month into my 30 Month contract my site stopped. My account was supended I never found out why. No ane answers Email. Their tech suport is just an off shore answering service whitch can't help.
The Scam is supend site force you into a 30 month new contract a a very steep price. Or they sell your domain name. STAY AWAY From them.
