We signed up with GISOL - BIG Mistake. Like others, their promise says one thing but when they called to confirm, the sales rep said that we had to buy a bigger plan. We kept running into technical problems, but since all their tech are "level 1", no one was ever competent to answer a tech question. I was promised things would be corrected after their upgrade - an upgrade that never happened. Finally, I canceled membership... that's when things became really fun... I had to pay for my domain name, only to then be told that they wouldn't release it... I have begun working with an attorney as this violates Intellectual Property Laws as well as GISOL's Service Contract... If any of you have similar issues, I ask you to join my complaint... It too expensive for any one party to fight alone... Then, they have simply failed to refund my residual funds with their claim that it'll be refunded 14 days AFTER THEY AGREE TO PAY THE REFUND... which appears to be never. If you are looking for a hosting company, take heed... run somewhere else.
