GISOL, Global Internet Solutions Web hosting Plan used: Linux pro and windows pro
my complain to Gisol:
I have purchased a 'pro' windows server plan yesterday (My web site developer said they don't make Linux websites) so I paid $119.40 for the NEW
plan and was waiting for sales person to call and confirm my order.(new account ID khush1)

Guess what the person who called me was VERY rude as if they don't care for customers or business. He said his name was 'Adam's ID 15832
what he said is since I have paid for 1 year $119.40 the plan is NOT guaranteed same price he said " plan price will change next month or
midnight and will go to 24.99 EVEN if I have paid upfront for a year I will have to pay more next month onwards!!! Unless I take bi-annual plan!

He said "We don't need problem customers like you" GO and find another hosting provider!!!! (About 3 to 4 times)

Is that normal behavior with Gisol customers? Is it because GISOL has very many customers and they don't care?

I have been a loyal customers for so many years and all I wanted was to change my OS from Linux to windows and I was doing as I was told to 'open
new account under windows' then get the refund and my files transferred to windows server..

+AFTER I sent this email Adam called me again saying he can get me the yearly plan with the given rate BUT i CANNOT use any of my old domains under
the New account any more! I disagreed and the conversation ended.

++Adam called me once again this time saying he can get me the website rates and give me the yearly account but I have to start with 'NO domains' and
later add the existing ones' I was happy that at least I can get my domain names under the new windows account. BUT then he said I can only have FIVE
domains as my Linux account had 5 domain limit. I disagreed and so he said I will have to wait till monday.

The PRO plan on the web I paid for (id khush1) said "Unlimited domains" and my Linux account (id khush2) when I called salesperson 'Elvis' has unlimited domains capacity too!

+++Today a coworker of Adam named Brian called me ID 22283 and he insisted on all that Adam had mentioned is true even after I explained the whole story.
I asked him to look at my current plan (ID khush2) and after a long pause told me "my current plan allows 15 GB of data and ONLY 10 domain names and after
10 each extra domain costs extra.
He went on the same track as Adam insisting (forcing me) to get the TWO YEAR plan and than have NO restrictions.
It seems people at GISOL force customers to BUY the HIGHEST plan or face consequences of gettting over charged (not what the web site displays) or
stand a chance of account closure! I was at his mercy and don't want my account closed so I surrendered and accepted HIS terms to pay for 2 years :(
(I insisted with Adam first day to give me his manager's or his supervisor's name BUT he said "I am the supervisor and i dont have manager)

Now after i filed this complaint with Gisol Brian called me and said he has closed my current paid account and I was denied all access because I was 'abusive' ?
I told the truth these two people cheat and lied to me and now they call me 'abusive' and cancel my existing paid account?
