I have been hosting with GearHost for a while a now, their support and feature set are the reason I stay. Not to mention the control panel is easy to use.

Decent web server uptime, but their mail service is beyond bad. Been a customer for over 2 years - mail goes down about daily for like an hour. Do yourself a favor and never use GearHost.

Website was only down a few times but the email was poor at best. It was consistently down for varying lengths of time EVERY day.
Their customer service could provide no assistance except for an apology. They always blamed it on the SPAM filtering and promised that it would be fixed the next day. This went on for months until we finally cancelled.
