I started out with this host, after looking for a low price. I thought the price was great, especially for the reseller account.
There are 2 big areas which let down this host though! First been that downtime is quite a lot, and normally every month it breaks their 99.99% uptime promise, which entitles you for a discount price on next payment (but you have to email them every time). I never did this due to the fact, it wasn't worth it for the price i was paying (but its a cheap host, i was ok with that)
Second, is their customer support, their presentation and smiley face front is good, but what really gets them down (for me) is when i have had two issues (separate times) which have been more or less the same problem, they took over 2 days to fix.
You might not think that is that bad, but when on the original query i tell them what is wrong, and they ignore me, and receptively tell me there is nothing wrong, even when i am getting an error report on ever page load.
In the end the original query was fixed in only a few minutes by a senior techie, but the support i got from this was horrible. The second query is yet to be fixed (after things looking hopeful, but now they have turned me over to the billing department! I dont see why, its not a billing problem!), the battle continues 48hrs +++++
