I love Gazzin's prices but I think they can do better in terms of servers upTime & cutomer support.
Their 99.5% uptime garantee means that u may experience up-to 3.6hrs down-time each month. Which is just too much. And even when they fail to keep it up 99.5% of the time they will not refund your monthly payment in full unless the down-time is >= 89.9%.
Another thing is the online chat support system. It is frequently offline & sometimes u'd get an operator who would just directs u 2 an email address.
They a support by phone but not a toll-free # which would help specially when the online support is off.
It is comforting 2 c them do a great job @ keeping their cPanel up-to-date.
