I came to fatcow from Interland a long time ago, and I have been very pleased. Fatcow always warns me ahead of time of scheduled maintenance down times, and those are always middle of the night, weekend. The last time I needed support I was able to get a customer service person via live chat at 8pm on a Sunday night! Other support emails have all been answered quickly. Their control panel is easy to navigate and understand. I'm constantly recommending fatcow to anyone who asks.
