Dual rack has really really awesome customer experience when it comes to Support and help. The servers are up always i bet if u can find a downtime !
They are frank enough to listen to us and understand....Andrew , Robin and other guys at dualrack totally rock !
SPEED , UNDERSTANDING and TRUST is what they have provided me.... and I am totally satisfied with them .

From day one, I have received excellent and courteous service from DualRack's staff. In fact, of all the hosting companies I have been with I have NEVER received a phone call, let alone talk to a real person! They have always responded quickly to my website concerns and have never experienced any downtime due outages or server problems. I love the personal experience I get with their service and the fact that they speak English! Believe it or not that something I can appreciate after going through so many hosting companies. There is nothing more frustrating to me than to try and describe a technical problem that is complex to an individual that I also have to contend with a language barrier. Programming language is already hard enough. No hosting company has given me more personal and thorough service than DualRack. My background by profession is technical support with nearly 2 decades of experience so I know what GOOD support IS. They certainly provide that. Their pricing is reasonable and competitive. I just love them!

I use to host my proxy websites with Dualrack.com a year or two ago and i was very impressed with there hosting services that now almost 2 years later i still remember there name and i am hosting with them again! I have never found such a reliable proxy host as Dualrack and i am sure there other hosting packages are just as great, Dualrack.com really is not the kind of host that is just going to disappear, They are going to be in business for a very long time and i recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional, quality hosting at an affordable price.. I have also never experienced any problems, The website speeds have always been flawless and i have not once experienced downtime, My support tickets are always answered in a quick and professional manner.
Dualrack is the best!

If you want a webhost with great customer support, quick setup, and is extremely affordable I would definitely recommend that hosting company to be Dual Rack. I have had a great experience with Dual Rack and are very confident with their services.
