When I was researching webhosts, it was not uncommon to find at least a few complaints about everybody, including the big boys: HostGator, BlueHost, GoDaddy, etc. I actually tried GoDaddy for a month, but bailed after the first day because their website control panel was terrible (still is).
But when I stumbled upon Downtown Hosts, I could not find any complaints about them. Not one. I did find a discount code to make the monthly fee almost a steal, so I took a chance and signed up. That was over three years ago, and I was happy to recently renew my plan. Jorge and his team have by far the best customer service I have ever seen online. I do a fair amount of tech support myself, and I can only hope to treat my customers the same way they treat me. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Plus, they've been around for a fair number of years, so they're not fly-by-night.
DTH is fantastic, and I have zero regrets over choosing these guys over some of the more well-known names. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Non existant Customer Service

I have been trying to contact this organization for over three weeks. They have hosted my site for over four years and I have the same problem with them each year. There is no way to contact them. I have sent 9 emails and all of them have been returned. They do not have a telephone listed. Do they EXIST? They sure do not have any customer relations or SERVICE.

As far as I know there was a problem on your side filtering the emails, for some reason you was not reading our emails even when we answered all your ticket.
Anybody can reachs us through phone, email or live chat, for some reason, you're the only one having problems with this.
