ChallengeHost by far has the worst customer service in my history with hosting domains. Our site has been on lockdown by the company for over 3 months. A hacker uploaded a few malicious scripts to the domain and ChallengeHost refuses to reset our password to allow us to fix the problem. We have attempted to resolve the issue diplomatically but have decided to go with a new host instead. ChallengeHost now refuses to communicate with us to provide an EPP Key to transfer our domain. In addition to this, their "valued partner" OnlineNIC who is the registrar of all of their domains also has really bad service.

This is our business website and we are losing money daily due to ChallengeHost's incompetence. I strongly urge you to NOT go with ChallengeHost.
