Challengehost was hacked, my domain hacked and all my dirctories hacked.
Challengehost has not replied to repeated emails. They have no phone number and their web helpdesk is broken.
I'd run far away. I have already switched service providers.

I'm still hosted with them -- Well technically I'm not.. the domain has long since moved (2 years) yet every year they charge my card ..Awesome job guys - awesome.

Worst Customer Service in Web Hosting history! - Review

ChallengeHost by far has the worst customer service in my history with hosting domains. Our site has been on lockdown by the company for over 3 months. A hacker uploaded a few malicious scripts to the domain and ChallengeHost refuses to reset our password to allow us to fix the problem. We have attempted to resolve the issue diplomatically but have decided to go with a new host instead. ChallengeHost now refuses to communicate with us to provide an EPP Key to transfer our domain. In addition to this, their "valued partner" OnlineNIC who is the registrar of all of their domains also has really bad service.
This is our business website and we are losing money daily due to ChallengeHost's incompetence. I strongly urge you to NOT go with ChallengeHost.

We are hosting with them for last two years we have many sites hosted with them and we have never noticed any downtime. They are a very sound team of developers and they are really very quick to answer any support or coding issues. They delivered a better uptime than 99.99% they promised
