I have read articles that cut down bluedomino, but i have some good words about them.
The people at bluedomino have been with me all the way. They have been ready to help with just about anything. Being new, I do need some help every once in a while.
I have noticed NO Downtime at all, other than during server upgrade times..on the weekend, in the middle of the night.
They might not be the cheapest, but what is cheap? I would rather be with someone that is continually trying to make things better.
Yes, I do use ALL the CoffeeCup software. It all works quite well. My favorites are the html editor and direct ftp.
anyway, I have 4 sites there, mine and my friends, we are all pleased with our service.

Slow servers

Exceptionally slow servers, only had 6 week period of no down time in over 2 years, system constantly crashing, very very poor service response, and numerous billing mistakes (repeatedly). Have now moved site elsewhere.

We initially thought this webhost might have the right mix - great price, stable hosting. However, we soon learned the reality - if it's too good to be true it generally is. Over 15 months we have had 26 problems ranging from delayed or dead e-mail, sometimes for weeks at a time, to dead sites, sometimes for days at a time. As a web developer since 1994, we've had the opportunity to try many hosts for our clients. This company is absolutely the worst we have used. While they have 24/7 online tech support chat, the chat "techs" seem incapable of correcting even the slightest problems while the mysterious and elusive but apparently more capable Blue Domino "admins" always seem to be unavailable. If we had wanted maddening problems, technical incompetence and insane business practices we could have not invented a better example.

Do not use this webhost unless u need a small static website with no featuire that does not run anytjin otehr thanj html. They have repeatable deleted scripts sayingt hey take too mch cpu time even though they delete scrotps which are not being used - AI ahve not seen stats from them in six months!

Where Price, Quality and Service Come Together

I’m a drywall contractor not a professional Webmaster I do enjoy doing my site with Front Page and have had Front Page sites for 5 years. When I decided to do one for my drywall business I retained the services of this firm in May 2003 my account was set-up in a very timely manner and the information I needed to upload my site was e-mailed to me quickly along with where to download the free software. (I haven’t used any of the free software to offer any comments about it)
Customer Service: As a novice at web design I did encounter some problems, I’ve had contact several times with their support staff via chat room, e-mail, and telephone. In each instance the waiting time was minimal, the staff was courteous and helpful.
Technical Quality: To the best of my knowledge my site has been up and running every since I published it. The pages load fast even at times of peak usage.
Value: “No one likes to pay too much, but what’s worse is paying too little. When you pay too much, all you lose is a little money. When you pay too little, sometimes you lose everything because the item you bought could not perform the intended purpose for which it was bought. The common law of business balance will not allow a high quality item to be produced and sold for a low quality price. If you intend to buy the lower priced item, you should add something extra for the risk you are taking, and if you do, you will have enough to pay for something better.â€Â
