SAD. That would just about cover all my feelings towards this once great host. 18 days and still no answer on when they might have their shopping cart functioning again. Seems to be an across the board issue as two of my websites have a nonfunctioning shopping cart. What started out as a "socket error" has progressed into (710) 06 - Error in transaction has occurred (HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden). Originally (2 weeks ago) They stated that it was on our merchant account side (ProPay). After contacting ProPay which is allot easier to do than Bizhosting, they have stated that the issue has been fixed. They also stated that the problem is on Bzihosting's end. Once again after an eternity on hold, I was told the problem has "been escalated" to their "Tech team", a standard answer for all issues. I'm holding my breath as I was told I couldn't transfer the 200+ pages I have built on their system to another host. I once bragged about Bizhosting, and referred several people to them. Now, I'll think twice before I speak of Bizhosting.
P.S. "Tech Support" that is only open M_F?
WTH is that?

I've been with Bizhosting for a couple of years. I had the free services for a while, then I upgraded once I felt that this was the company I was going to stay with. Anytime I have had a problem (twice in 2 years!), I could contact them easily up until late at night. Over email, 24-7. Excellent service for the money! You can look at what I was able to create with their easy to learn templates. I am also able to use Front Page 2003 to update my site, and add new pages for the last 2 months. Excellent company! I have been attempting to use Bizhosting to develop a StoreFront now for several weeks. The last comment was true, they will NEVER EVER give you personal attention. The use a forum that is full of other peoples troubles to answer your questions. Personally I don't have time to surf through other peoples problems to find the answer to my questions. ALSO, THERE ARE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES in site design, that keep me from editing my site almost daily, especially at night. I amd disgusted and extremely hostile at this point. I hope that they go out of business before someone puts everything they have into it and loses their fanny.

I switched from a flat rate hosting company because i had heard rave things about bizhosting. i wish i could have gone back. After i had signed up, things were fine till they sent an email stating that my rates would increase by 4.00/month which is fine, but then 2 months later, another rate increase. but, my hosting plan NEVER CHANGED. Plus, I wanted to call the support to ask about the rate changes, and couldn't get anyone on the phone. It was just awful from the start.
