Dunno if anyone reads these reviews. If you do, you're probably not curious about be-hosted.com. But if you are, please read this.

Today (3/1/07) is the 5th service outage for my domain (website, email, and MYSQL database resources) since 1/30/07. If be-hosted.com has piqued your interest with a 99% uptime guarantee....forget it. It's probably more like 75% uptime.

Everytime I open a ticket to report the "outage", they respond via email 6hrs later that my domain is on a server experiencing hardware problems...EVERYTIME. So after 30 days and 5 outages, they still have customers on a faulty piece of hardware? Give me a break.

I never review products online, but this is a MUST. That is you MUST NOT subscribe to this terrible company.

I can't imagine that web hosting can get any worse that be-hosted.com. There is NO way that they have 99% uptime....more like 85% uptime. It's ridiculous how often our web resources are unavailable. While I wouldn't call them "mission critical" apps, our company email, website, and database are all hosted on the be-hosted servers. We have 3 company locations which all experience the inability to reach these resources. I have NEVER received any response...not ONCE from this company when I open a problem ticket. Forget about actually speaking to a human being. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been with this company since feb 03. They were good, but then they keep changing things. They say for the best, but it is really for the worse. I do not recommend this company. Plus they charge tax.
