Baremetal pricing is maybe 3 or 4 dollars highter than most other hosting companies but their customer service is superb...I only host two domains with them so Im no Major customer but they treat me like one, emails get answered almost immediately...
A+ for cusotmer service and speed is good too.
I have dealt with other hosting companies and by far baremetal as left a mark, I would recommended them 110% of the time. I was just amazed at the continued customer service from these guys. Try them out and you will not be disappointed, these guys really DO care more about satisfying their cusomters and not the bottom line!

While the price is right, I suppose you get what you pay for. The proprietor has repeatedly shown disregard for the service needs of our company's website and it's functionality. It has been our experience that BareMetal.com Inc adopts such arrogance as to rightfully invoke our indignation due to such written correspondence as "I don't care" or "take your business elsewhere." The proprietor does not show a modicum of diligence in mitigating negative impacts to our operations when making changes to server side software. The arrogance and anti-social behavior demonstrated by the company has negatively impacted our operations, our customer success, and has financially impacted all parties involved. We are moving as soon as humanly possible and will spread the word about their indifference to service. We do not recommend BareMetal.com Inc to any company seeking reliable service and predictably acceptable performance from an ISP. We are willing to provide an email history of over four years of dismally poor service to anyone who requests them. (BTW we stayed with them simply due to our lack of understanding of options and the costs involved which have recently come to a head).
