So far site has been up everytime I visit. I have sent four tickets and received 1 good, 1 bad and 2 no responses. The good was a question about why I cPanel showed 2GB when the plan offered 350GB they replied with when you reach 80% of the 2GB we raise your limit upto 350GB upon request. I can understand the logic behind this. Next 3 responses I wanted to know where to get the free ebooks they advertise on their site that come with the hosting plan. I sent 2 tickets to tell them what kind of page they were sending me to the 3rd was I guess a misunderstanding. My exact words were how do you get the free ebooks they responded with there are many free ftp apps available such as coreftp, and cuteftp that you can use. Wow! way off center if you ask me.

Oh and my bank cancelled my account, so I need to change my cc# with them and the link that is in the help system goes to another site asking for a sales number, I've entered it in and all other info it asked for and got nowhere exept it telling me that the info was wrong. I guess I will let them cancel the account when they don't get paid next month.
