I've had an APlus site since May 2003. Fine. I added another Feb 2009. Fine. Last week I added a 2nd domain to my Feb site.
DISASTER!!! I'm working on my THIRD trouble ticket and no-one knows how to make it work. No access. The chats are so stupid they're insulting. The emails are boiler plate answered 5 days later. The phone conversations result in: I don't know. I'll write a trouble ticket.
Like with other corporations - At&T comes to mind - there's a big marketing push followed by no support. Sales is always available, but forget anything near competent support. I've spent HOURS this week trying to fix my sites. No dice. I cancelled today.
