1) Techs do not know what they are doing. They have actually told me 'No, you are not having a problem.' like I am an idiot
2) Technical support is horrible. They don't work weekends and they take there time. Website down for 5 days? Not there problem.
3) Customer service barely speaks English. It is ok if you don't speak English - but do not become a Customer Service agent for English clients.. duh!
4) many emails to them, no responses
