For .NET resources, accessibility and transparency, it doesn't get any better than Alentus. I've spoken to Alentus staff by phone on occasion, and found them to be down-to-earth, sensible and responsive. They're just the right size organization for my taste. If there have been service outages, I haven't been aware of them. I host several sites with them. I especially recommend their Sharepoint services. I have used 6 different hosting firms: Digiweb, Vscape/Hostcentric, Experthost, Catalog, Hostway, Verio and Yahoo. Have used Alentus > 2 yrs.
