AIT has the worst customer service I have encountered. They do not return phone calls, have the worst hardware and software to host your site with and will rip you off for service fees that you have canceled with them. Customer support lies to you. Tech support is a joke. It took me 42 days to get them to fix my SSL service last year. They finally did what I told them to do in the beginning and fixed it. How lamb can you get? Try AIT and you'll find out. The hosting service and email were always going down. After 11 years with them I now am with a really good service at IX. Talk about night and day. Whatever you do, DON'T pick AIT for your hosting service. They are the worst of the worst.
