If you have a problem they will mess you over and hold a customer unfriendly contract over your head. I have hosted with many companies and this is by far the worst of them all. I have given them 3 opportunities to host sites for me since 2002 with the last time occuring in 2005. Each time I had problems, each time they acted like they didn't care about my problem because thier contract protected them from it. The last account was supposedly set up, I couldn't access because they had a problem billing my card because they posted a transaction which stayed in a pending status until I started complaining. My credit card company said that AIT had the funds on hold and would have to release them or I could cancel thier transaction in 10 days. I repeatedly told AIT of the problem and they kept telling me I had to pay and kept rebilling the card. Each transaction declined because the only funds I put on the debit card were to pay for this account and they had the funds in a pending status (good thing I am not charged a fee for declines because they resubmitted at least 10 times). Anyway, I had to find other hosting for my client and cancelled AIT. They said they can't cancel until later in the month and could not refund me the money that was finally taken out of the account, even though this whole processes only took 4 days; even though I never was able to sign in to this account because they said I did not pay. They are hidding behind fine print in a contract. No other hosting company I have delt with has had such a disregard for customer satisfaction even if they were covered, and I don't think AIT is in this instance, they would not hide behind thier contracts they try to satify thier customers even customers that are leaving, they might come back some day. I will never go back to AIT.
